 Tickets, Memberships, and Admission Passes: 

All tickets, memberships, and admission passes are non-refundable. In the event a ticket holder is no longer able to attend on their selected date, the ticket holder may contact KidsWork Children’s Museum at info@kidswork.org or (815) 469-1199 to reschedule their visit (pending availability). Tickets may not be rescheduled or credited toward special events or member events.

In the event that the museum must close due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, power outages, or other emergencies), ticketholders will be given the opportunity to reschedule their visit. Should a reschedule not be possible, ticketholders will be refunded.  

Donations: 

We greatly appreciate your support. Please note that all donations are non-refundable.  

In-Store Merchandise Purchases: 

For in-store merchandise purchases, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns are only accepted in person. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and sale or clearance items, may be final sale and not eligible for return.
